Diriyah Season 25/26 Kicks off Under the Slogan "Your Pride, Your Place"

Diriyah, October 18, 2025: Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) announced today the Diriyah Season 2025/2026 events calendar under the slogan "Your Pride, Your Place." The season is a cultural and tourism celebration that honors the historic legacy and rich heritage of Diriyah.

The announcement was made during the Media Gathering held today in Diriyah, which also unveiled the official Diriyah Season 25/26 brand, inspired by Wadi Hanifah as a flowing source of inspiration and knowledge, and by Diriyah's historical status as the cradle of the nation. The identity embodies the concept of "Cultural Convergence," reflecting values of pioneering with pride and generous hospitality.

Launching on November 1, 2025, the season will welcome the world with the authentic spirit of Saudi hospitality, blending history, culture, arts, and innovation through its diverse programs.

This year's edition includes more than 10 programs distributed across historical and natural zones. The programs are designed with innovative global standards to provide an exceptional experience suitable for all groups, telling a story that blends the authenticity of the past with the creativity of the present, and evoking values of unity, authenticity, and pride in the national identity originating from Diriyah.

During the Media Gathering, the Director of Diriyah Season, Ahlam Al-Thunayan, said about the new season's identity: “The slogan ‘Your Pride, Your Place’ expresses the essence of the identity, which evokes the history of Diriyah, the cradle of the Saudi state, and embodies its values of pioneering pride and generous hospitality. This is achieved through diverse programs, the largest in number compared to previous editions, to enhance Diriyah's status as an exceptional historical destination.”

She added: “The Season represents a renewed cultural movement, stemming from the symbolism of Wadi Hanifah as a source of inspiration, to present the concept of cultural convergence in an innovative style where our authenticity harmonizes with contemporary creativity, reaffirming our commitment to continuous development.”

Al-Thunayan concluded her remarks by saying: “The Season's programs are designed to form a unique space for expressing Diriyah's singular authenticity, a hub for exchanging expertise, and a model for inspiring cultural sustainability for future generations.”

Diriyah Season 25/26 offers a comprehensive experience through a set of programs carefully designed to suit all groups, including families, youth, and local and international visitors. Layali Al-Diriyah program in Al-Murayih District presents an experience that blends culture, live music, arts, and tasting experiences. Within the traditional market environment of Al-Tawalie district, the historical Souq Al-Mawsim program hosts the ancient culture of Kyoto, celebrating 70 years of Saudi-Japanese diplomatic relations. Meanwhile, Minzal program welcomes its guests to a luxurious experience overlooking Wadi Safar, expressing the spirit of Saudi hospitality.

TYN Festival in At-Turaif Historical District provides a space for architects and enthusiasts of authentic Najdi architecture to converge, while Diriyah Storytelling Festival in Al-Bujairi District celebrates the arts of narration and storytelling. Meanwhile, Zallal opens its heritage complex to visitors to embody the richness of Saudi culture with exceptional experiences. This comes alongside Sada Al-Wadi program, which celebrates folk arts like Samri with poetic and musical performances.

"Hal Al-Qusoor" exhibition in At-Turaif Historical District takes visitors to the heart of the political and social life that Diriyah witnessed. Msalliyah and Al-Huwayett in Adhwaihrah District offer diverse events suitable for children and families. The Season is also rich with equally inspiring stations, most notably: diverse events and workshops in Samhan District. All programs were designed to preserve the natural environment, enhancing the region's economic and tourism landscape, with a priority on empowering Saudi artisans and talents, and attracting strategic partnerships with local and international institutions.

Diriyah Season comes as part of a comprehensive strategy to enhance Diriyah's status as the cradle of the Saudi State and a permanent platform for cultural movement. This solidifies its global presence and supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in bolstering the tourism and culture sector to be a tributary for sustainable development and the creative economy in the Kingdom.
