Layali Al-Diriyah Launches in the Historic Al-Murayih District

Diriyah, 23 November 2025: Layali Al-Diriyah, one of the flagship programs of Diriyah Season 25/26, kicks off today in the historic Al-Murayih District, which cemented its place in the First Saudi State as an agricultural and cultural hub. The program unfolds in an ambiance that reflects authenticity and openness, drawing inspiration from a place long known as a gathering spot for relaxation, performing arts, and the traditional Saudi Ardah.

Running throughout the entire season, Layali Al-Diriyah celebrates the region’s history as a cultural and commercial meeting point and a space for cultural exchange, reimagining this heritage for contemporary audiences while reflecting Najdi hospitality and social traditions.

Layali Al-Diriyah offers visitors an exceptional, elevated experience combining fine cuisine with live music and performing arts. It blends local and global culinary arts with elements inspired by Diriyah’s heritage, featuring top food and beverage brands. Visitors can enjoy unique culinary creations, explore traditional crafts, and watch performances that inspire pride and celebrate heritage and culture.

The program features a selection of restaurants and cafés making their debut in the Kingdom, including “Zeffirino” with its authentic Italian dishes, “BiBi” offering innovative Indian flavors, and “Alaya,” which brings together Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influences. Additional international options include Berlin’s “963,” which celebrates diverse cultures with inventive flavors. Visitors to Riyadh will also experience, for the first time, dishes from “Areesh Al-Nakheel” and “Shahnameh,” known for its traditional Persian selections.

The area also includes “Barker's Farm,” presenting a special experience created exclusively for Layali Al-Diriyah, and “Café Boulud,” featuring elements inspired by classic French style, along with numerous other unique local and international dining experiences.

Diriyah Season 25/26 embodies the vision of Diriyah Gate Development Authority to highlight the authenticity and rich heritage of Diriyah through diverse experiences, distinctive performances, and art exhibitions. These offerings blend the depth of Najdi heritage with the ongoing development across the Kingdom, providing visitors with a close-up encounter with Saudi hospitality and its enduring social traditions, aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to elevate the Kingdom’s standing on the global cultural map.
